About Wealth Latte
Wealth Latte was started in 2024 by me, Mariya Ebrahim, as a passion project to share insight on personal finance and money psychology principles that have helped me pave my own path to financial freedom.
Somewhere between the then and now, I went from feeling eager to paying off student loan debt on a salary of $42k to finding myself at disbelief while planning a road map to a tangible goal of $1M. It was at this moment where I realized how profound the impact of implementing basic financial education was, and how necessary it was. The language of money suddenly became fluid, and conversating about it with others became second nature.

Wealth Latte strives to help others foster a healthy and positive relationship with money, while breaking down the walls of negative money beliefs and habits built over time.

The road map to building wealth is a simple one
No “get rich quick” schemes here. The wealthy have found ways to earn more, spend less, and grow their money as much as they can by investing and saving. Yes, boring, but very effective.
Personal Finance is not a one-size-fits-all
Your goals, lifestyle, and values are unique, so your approach to money should be too. The key is finding a system that fits you. Simple, sustainable, and aligned with what matters most to you.
Financial literacy is undeniably a learning curve, and that is okay
Most people don’t receive any formal education about money management. Attitudes and beliefs about money are shaped from the environment we have grown up in, and the people we have grown up with. So, give yourself some grace as you work on breaking up with your old money mindset and start building a healthier, more empowering relationship with it.
